Submitting a takedown notice

If you own the copyright to a work, or are authorized to act for the owner, and believe it appears on otl.moe without permission, send us a notice. To be valid under the DMCA, it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright holder.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact location of the material on otl.moe, ideally the full page URL(s).
  4. Your contact details: name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Once we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly.
