TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement

By visiting or using otl.moe, run by O Translations ("OTL", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

Use OTL lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not:

• break any law or regulation while using the site;
• try to access parts of the site, its servers or other people's accounts without permission;
• disrupt, overload or interfere with the site or its infrastructure;
• upload or spread malware or other harmful code;
• scrape, mirror or re-upload our releases without permission;
• use bots, scripts, alternate accounts or other tricks to manipulate comments, reactions, views or any other feature.

Accounts and comments

You can sign in with Google or Discord. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. Be respectful in comments: no harassment, hate speech, spam, spoilers without warning, or illegal content. We may edit, hide or remove comments that break these rules.

Content

The series on OTL are fan translations shared for entertainment. We do not own the original works and all rights stay with their creators and publishers. Please support the official releases where you can. Rights holders can use our DMCA page to request removal.

Suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban accounts, remove activity, or block access at any time and without notice if you break these terms or abuse the site, including through fake or coordinated accounts.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, OTL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date above shows the latest version.
